- What do you sell?
We sell handmade formal accessories. These include corsages, boutonnieres and hair clips. - Do you do custom orders?
If you require multiple sets for a wedding or formal event, we can make a custom order with colours you prefer. Please email us at socuteflowersau@gmail.com to enquire.
SHIPPING
- Where do you ship to?
We will ship anywhere within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time. - How long will it take?
We offer express shipping or standard shipping. It will take approx. 2 days – 2 weeks dependent of your location and shipping choice.
PAYMENT
- What is Stripe?
Stripe is a secure commerce solution which allows our website us to receive online payments for our products/orders. It’s in the same category as other similar payment solutions such as PayPal or Shopify.
REFUND POLICY
- Change of mind or cancel of order?
We do not offer a change of mind policy once the product has shipped, or once a custom order has begun production.
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in contact with us ASAP and we would be happy to try and assist you if this is possible. - Faulty product?
We offer HANDMADE products. As a result, our products may not be perfect or consistent the same way a commercially sold product may be. However, we do aim to create beautiful products which work as intended!If your product has any faults related to use, or an obvious visual flaw (within a reasonable time of receiving the product), please get in contact with us. We will happily assist you with this!
